App is good, user support is bad

Everyone say its "great app" ,but I dont think so.
Because It has very serious problem, so "unpaied break time" calculation doesnt work correctly.
However, all most all customers dont write AppStore user reviews for My Hours about this.
Im not sure , it depends on IOS language (country), Date time format ...etc, actually.
And I also asked to author about this problem via their support home page, but they didnt reply me not at all.
Umm.. anyway please fix this problem.
